Return policy

  • All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Styled Aesthetic before shipping any merchandise to our location.

  • To receive a return authorization and prepaid shipping label, please contact Styled Aesthetic at (414) 304-5733 during business hours.

For all other returns/exchanges, we offer the following two options:

  • Product may be returned in the method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery.

  • At your request, we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (the shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return authorization).

  • If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label.

  • Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, you will be charged a $25.00 re-stock fee.

  • All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.

  • NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
