Shipping & Return Policy

All products are shipped 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed from our warehouse in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All products are shipped US Postal Service Mail Ground Advantage or Priority Mail and typically take 3 – 4 business days to arrive.

Canada, Mexico, and International orders will take 5 to 6 business days to process and will ship via the US Postal Service First Class Mail. Shipping times vary based on the destination country. This process can take up to 2 months for delivery. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. Costumers can purchase faster shipping if for a more timely delivery. *Note Styled Aesthetic will not be responsible for any package that does not arrive to it's final destination if First Class shipping is selected. If the package is lost in transit, SA will not refund the customer.

Backorders

At Styled Aesthetic, we work very hard to maintain a robust inventory, and sometimes we sell out of items. If a piece of an order is backordered, a customer service rep will contact you with an estimated re-stock date. If you have a multiple-piece order and wish for your order to be shipped partially complete, we will send the items that are in stock and fulfill the order when the back-ordered piece is available at no extra shipping cost to you.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Styled Aesthetic. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if, for some reason, you wish to return your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return.

Return Policy

Please follow the guidelines below for your return. Styled Aesthetic will accept merchandise return/exchange under the following conditions:

  • All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Styled Aesthetic before shipping any merchandise to our location.
  • To receive a return authorization please contact Styled Aesthetic at (414) 304-5733 during business hours or email us at Sales@StyledAesthetic.com.

For all other returns/exchanges, we offer the following two options:

  • Product may be returned in the method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery.
  • You have the option to print a prepaid shipping label issued by SA. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (the shipping fee will be quoted over the phone or email when requesting the return authorization). If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.
  • If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label issued.
  • Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, you will be charged a $25.00 re-stock fee.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.
  • NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
