Hats should be shipped in protective packaging. Mine was shipped with no protection from being crushed however my hat arrived in perfect condition so no complaints here.

Excellent hat, fit great, looks great. Unfortunately I sweat stained this bad boy at Daytona so it's a track hat now. I would love another one for golfing though.
